Changes & Returns

The buyer has a period of 10 working days from the receipt of order to return the goods. The customer will only have to bear the shipping costs. The return of defective goods will not cause any sort of expense to the buyer, which must be notified to our office within 10 working days from receipt of order.

Any return of goods, regardless of their nature, must be done in perfect condition, without being used, conserving the original packaging, boxes, labels, documents or anything related to the product intact. Return of goods is not accepted if evidence of damage, tear or signs of having been used or modified by the buyer are observed.

In case of defective product, the manufacturer shall proceed, as appropriate, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract negotiations that are free for the consumer and user. The manufacturer is responsible for failures that become apparent within two years, but considering that all products offered by their nature may be due to use a life span of less than two years, the time may vary taking into account the nature of goods traded. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months after he has knowledge of it.

During the delivery process, the goods will be sent to the address provided by the buyer in the shipping address and if the goods when arrived at their destination are not collected, the shipment will be deposited at the nearest Seur office and a pick up notice shall be left behind. If the goods are not collected within a period of 10 days, they shall be returned to our factory warehouse.
